99.9% uptime guaranteed with our server management (if your datacenter provides 99,9% uptime)

Exceptions are those cases caused by:

  • force majeure;
  • the customer’s fault, or of his employees or auxiliary persons;
  • unavoidable service impairments due to changes in the service, which have been ordered by the customer, or have become mandatory because of legal or regulatory demands;
  • scheduled maintenance work by datacenter.
  • If monthly downtime between 99,90% and 99,85% we credit 5% of monthly fee

If monthly downtime between 99,85% and 99,80% we credit 10% of monthly fee

If monthly downtime between 99,80% and 99,75% we credit 25% of monthly fee

If monthly downtime between 99,75% and 99,70% we credit 50% of monthly fee

If monthly downtime between 99,70% and 99,60% we credit 75% of monthly fee

If monthly downtime less than 99,60%  you get next month for free
